I bought this mug earlier which arrived broken, but on posting a negative review regarding the returns policy, I was contacted by Macmillan and a new mug sent in a polystyrene box. Well done Macmillan for quick and efficient replacement. This mug is lovely, cheerful and bright. Although not instantly recognisable as a Macmillan product, it does have the Macmillan logo written down the side which is a nice touch. The quality of the mug also feels good.
This mug looks lovely, unfortunately, mine arrived with a broken handle. I would return it, but with no prepaid label, the cost of postage would probably be equal to the purchase of another mug. There was no fragile sticker on the box so no indication to the postal staff that something breakable was to be delivered.
