How do I place an order?

How do I place an order from the online catalogue?

  • Take a look at the items available for sale on the site and add any item/s you wish to purchase to your basket.
  • Once you have selected all your items confirm your order and proceed to the checkout.
    • Please complete your name & address details, we need your email address or phone number just in-case we need to contact you.
  • If you would like to make a donation to the charity this can be added to your order.
  • You will then get a summary of your payment & order.
  • Finally enter your credit / debit card information on your secure payment.
  • Your order will then be confirmed and processed.
  • If we have been unable to process your order a message will appear giving you the option to retry or print off a copy of your order and fax it to us or call the order direct telephone number.

Complete the order form (from the back of the catalogue or down load one). Calculate the total sum (including postage) and then write a cheque / postal order payable to Macmillan Cancer Support Sales Ltd. If paying by credit card, complete the appropriate section. Please return your order form to:

Postage and Packaging Charges To British Isles and BFPO addresses

Orders up to and including £10.00 Add £3.50
Orders £10.01 up to £30.00 Add £4.50
Orders £30.01 and over Add £5.50

Postage and packing charges are based on the total value of your goods ordered, excluding the following products which are dispatched from a separate source eg some food items and personalised – different postage and packaging details will be highlighted under the individual items.
