Since my wife died nearly 10 years ago of breast cancer, I have had a simple policy towards charitable giving - I only make payments to Macmillan. Hence my purchase of their Christmas Cards. I do object, however, to the charity's money being wasted on marketing twaddle inviting me to rate my buyer's experience of dealing with them, in the modern argot. PLEASE stop wasting money on these marketing/PR led 'feedback' expeditions and concentrate on your core reason for existence.
