Delivery Methods

We use the following delivery methods:

  • Standard delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class, 2-3 working days (Mon-Sat)
  • Tracked delivery: Hermes Next-Day, 1 working day (Mon-Sat)

All our delivery partners are unable to deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

Delivery Charges

The cost for delivery depends on the items in your order and will be displayed in the checkout. We typically charge:

  • Free standard delivery on all shop orders over £40
  • £3.95 for Standard delivery
  • £5.95 for Tracked delivery

Order processing times

The working days for our warehouse are Monday to Friday. We are unable to process or ship orders on weekends or bank holidays. 

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and shipped on the same working day. For orders placed after 1pm, this will be the next working day. 

Example 1: if you order before 1pm on a Friday and use next-day delivery, your order will be processed same-day and should arrive on Saturday.

Example 2: if you order after 1pm on Friday (or on a weekend or bank holiday) and use next-day delivery, your order will be processed on the next working day (e.g. Monday) and arrive the following day (e.g. Tuesday).

Order processing times

If your order is being shipped direct to the recipient, the card will be printed and despatched in time to arrive on the date you selected. We can't 100% guarantee delivery times, so we recommend ordering as early as possible and choosing a delivery date one day early just to be safe. 

If your order is shipped to yourself, it will be shipped the next working day via Royal Mail 1st Class.

 

Flowers and Plants: 

All our plants and flowers are supplied and dispatched by Bunches and can be sent to you or directly to your chosen recipient, to arrive on your chosen date. 

If delivering straight to a loved one, please enter their delivery address as "Shipping Address" when prompted in checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver flowers and plants to Northern Ireland or Jersey at this time.

Order processing times

All orders for next-day delivery must be with us by 1 pm Monday – Thursday. Orders received by 1 pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. (Except for any out-of-area postcode delivery addresses). Delivery on a Saturday or Sunday is not available, we need to of received these by 1 pm on a Friday. On Bank Holidays there will be no carrier collections or delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver Hampers to Northern Ireland or the following postcodes at this time PO30-41, TR21-25, AB30-63, HS, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-18, PA20-80, PH1, PH50, ZE, FK19-21, TD15, HS, ZI, DD8-10, G83-84, IM1 – 9, IM99, JE1-3, GY1-9

Age Verification will be requested on delivery of hampers containing Alcohol. Please be aware that the recipient may be asked for proof of age upon delivery. Delivery will be made by FedEx and they will check the age of anyone buying restricted products who they believe to be under 25. Please be aware that the recipient may be asked for proof of age upon delivery. See below for a list of IDs we accept as proof of age.

 

  • Current (within shown expiry date) passports or an equivalent form of identification such as a national identity card with a photo and date of birth (all nationalities)
  • Current (within shown expiry date) photographic driving licences or provisional licences and date of birth (all nationalities)
  • I. electoral ID cards (accepted in Northern Ireland)
  • Military IDs with a photo and date of birth (UK only)
  • Cards with a PASS logo (hologram below) such as Citizen, Connexions, Validate or Young Scot
  • Biometric residence permits (BRPs)
