Please ensure your goods are returned to us within 30 days of receiving them. Postage for all returns is free of charge using the pre-paid return label on packing slip. Please ensure items are in their original condition, with any seals, wrapping or tags intact (unless the item is faulty).
To return an item:
- Enter the return reason number and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
- Return reasons are listed on the packing slip. Please leave blank for any items not being returned.
- Stick the return label, found at the bottom of packing slip, onto package.
- Insert packing slip with return information into package, seal it, and return it via your local post office.
Once we receive your return we aim to process your refund or replacement order within 3-5 working days. Your new order will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class and will arrive within 2-3 working days.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of personalised goods, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
