Macmillan Shop Products Returns information -
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not 100% happy, please follow the return process below. You may also contact us at shop.macmillan.org.uk or phone 0203 640 7550 for more information.
Please ensure your goods are returned to us within 30 days of receiving them. Postage for all returns is free of charge using the pre-paid return address on packing slip. You can hand write the returns address on the package if required.
We cannot accept used or worn products returned unless the item is faulty. Please ensure items are in their original condition, with any seals, wrapping or tags intact.
To return an item:
- Enter the return reason and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
- Return reasons are listed on the packing slip. Please identify the item you are returning if there are multiple products/sizes on the original order.
- Stick the return label, found at the bottom of packing slip, onto the package. You can hand write the returns address on the package if required
- Insert packing slip with return information into package, seal it, and return it via your local post office.
Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or replacement order within 3-5 working days. Your new order will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class and will arrive within 2-3 working days.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of personalised goods unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer a 7 day freshness guarantee on all plants and flowers.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Flowers or plants, please contact us at shop.macmillan.org.uk or phone 0203 640 7550 for more information within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please do not try to send your flowers and plants back to us.
Letterbox gifts:
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Letterbox Gift, please contact us at shop.macmillan.org.uk or phone 0203 640 7550 for more information within 7 days of receiving the gift set and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please do not try to send your Letterbox Gift back before contacting us.
Hampers:
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your hamper/gift, please contact us at shop.macmillan.org.uk or phone 0203 640 7550 for more information within 48 hours of receiving the hamper/gift and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please do not try to send your hamper back to us.
If your order contains any of the following items, we will be unable to refund your order (including postage & packaging) once it has been delivered:
- Fresh food gifts (including cheese, meat or fish)
- Personalised and branded goods
- If the products within the hamper have been opened. All products should be in original condition with packets and seals untampered.
If you or your recipient have received a damaged or defective hamper or if we have made a mistake with your order the following terms apply:
- You notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
- If required, we will refund the cost of the hamper in full or we will replace the hamper. If the same hamper is not available, we will replace with a hamper of equal or higher value
