Our shelf-life promise is only guaranteed if the delivery of the hamper is successful on the carrier’s first attempt.

Our hampers are supplied and dispatched by a third party provider and can be sent to you or directly to your chosen recipient, to arrive on your chosen date.
If delivering straight to a loved one, please enter their delivery address as "Shipping Address" when prompted in checkout.
Every hamper order can be sent with a personal gift message. This gift message will be printed and attached to the outer carton.

Delivery to schools and hospitals
Please be aware that we do advise especially at Christmas that carriers have trouble delivering to these addresses as the schools may be closed for half term and hospitals may have policies in place that do not accept deliveries from unknown suppliers.
If delivery fails, there will be a redelivery charge and we will ask for an alternative address.
