Macmillan eCards will be back in 2025
The Macmillan eCards website has been taken offline.
Thank you for your patience whilst we work on creating a new version with an updated eCards offering. This will include all-new eCard designs and an updated order process to make personalising and sending your eCards easier.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
In the meantime, you can use our Gifts that Give as a way to gift a donation to a loved one. This includes an eCard version, print-at-home option, or you can send a physical card straight to their address.

Questions and Answers
-
How much do eCards cost?
You can send as many eCards as you like for free, but if you would like to make a donation you can either add one inside the card itself, so your recipient knows how much you donated, or you can add a donation in the checkout without including anything inside the card.
Many people donate the amount of money they would have spent on postage and paper cards. If you are a UK taxpayer please don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box.
-
Can I send to a large list of email addresses?
Yes - you can type in your recipients' email addresses, or copy and paste them in if you have them stored as a list.
Please double check the email addresses you enter so ensure the eCard is going to the right people. -
Why didn't my eCard reach my recipient?
Due to high volumes of activity, you and your recipient may experience a delay receiving your eCard or order confirmation. Please don't worry though as your eCard is safely on it's way.
Ask your recipient to check their junk email folder. While we do our best to ensure our emails are delivered, we cannot guarantee this as it varies depending on the recipient's email provider. If your mail provider doesn't recognise the sender it may go automatically into a junk or spam folder. Most emails will remain in their junk folder for about seven days, though again it may depend on their mailbox and/or provider's settings. If sending to a workplace email address, your recipient could ask their IT department if the email was blocked, and if so, to release it.
Some workplaces also have strict policies regarding receiving only known email sender addresses and will have a firewall on their server to stop all other emails. Sometimes web email addresses are temporarily unavailable because the mailbox is too full, or because the mail server is too busy. You can forward the eCard confirmation. We will send a copy of the eCard to you as well as your recipients. You can try forwarding this to your recipient if they don't receive theirs directly from us.
If you wish to re-send any cards, you can send an eCard again for free without a donation. If you made a donation and want to ensure this is in the card, please contact us and we will send another one for you. Please allow a few days for us to get back to you as this is an entirely manual process.

I haven't received my confirmation email yet?
There can sometimes be a small delay with emails being received (both for sender and recipient), especially around Christmas times when a lot of people are sending eCards.
Please allow up to 2-3 hours for emails to arrive. However, if you still haven't received your confirmation email after that time don't hesitate to contact us.
